Where to find money to make your project happen?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Then join us for the Motion Toolkit &#8211; a special management training workshop designed for Cyprus dance professionals and emerging arts managers, who are seeking for further\u00a0professional development and are interested in strengthening their practical\u00a0knowledge and\u00a0creative skills in project management. The workshop will be led by two experts &#8211; Ghislaine Boddington (creative director body&gt;data&gt;space London) and Cosmin Manolescu (curator &amp; director of United Experts\/Gabriela Tudor Foundation, Bucharest), with an extensive experience in project management, international collaboration and co-production.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>WORKSHOP CONTENT<\/strong><br \/>\nThe participants to the Motion Toolkit will have the opportunity to learn more about how to plan, organise and run their artistic\/cultural projects through different approaches and methods. The workshop morning programme will include daily presentation sessions, cases studies and practical group exercises, in which the participants will learn how to use simple but effective working tools (such as SWOT analysis, etc.) in the implementation of their projects. The afternoons are dedicated to individual mentoring sessions hold by the two experts based on the needs expressed by the participants. Topics such as: researching your concept, identification of project goals and objectives, establishing good partnerships, drafting the budget and writing applications for your project may be discussed during these sessions. A special focus will be given to European collaborative projects. She has developed long term expertise in experiential innovations and virtual\/physical blended projects and holds in depth knowledge of the way we perceive, participate, move, communicate and behave within interconnected space. She co-founded the collectives shinkansen (1989-2004) and body&gt;data&gt;space (2005-present), gathering 25 years experience in the process direction of interdisciplinary, culturally diverse groupings. She has directed and co-curated numerous events series, workshops and symposia on topical technologies, network culture, identity politics and intercultural relations, throughout East\/West Europe, the US and Asia. She\u00a0 regularly delivers keynotes across arts, creative industries and business, and works as a moderator worldwide, enabling debates that place the live body at the centre of digital interaction. At present with body&gt;data&gt;space she is directing EU Culture collaborative project Robots and Avatars (first exhibition at FACT Liverpool, 16th March to 27th May) and is dramaturg for the new MADE Commission by Joseph Hyde, which premieres at the National Theatre London on June 9th, with live links to publics in Paris, Istanbul and Brussels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cosmin Manolescu<\/strong> &#8211; Executive director &#8211; Gabriela Tudor Foundation<br \/>\nCosmin is a choreographer, curator, expert and arts manager based in Bucharest. Since 1997 he organised more than 100 cultural projects and initiated and co-organised several European mobility and exchange projects with artists and partners from Eastern\/Western Europe and United States. He holds a European Masters\u2019 Degree in Cultural Management &#8211; Ecumest Programme (1996) and followed a special training programme in Coaching for Organisation Development led by Swiss coach Monika Egger (2007-2008). He is the director of Gabriela Tudor Foundation and United Experts, a registered label for cultural development created by Gabriela Tudor in 2007. He is member of the Coalition of the Independent Cultural Sector in Romania which advocates for the independent cultural sector and the reform of the public funding system. His key qualifications are project design and management, public relations and coaching for organisational development.
