Between July 1-29, she will work on the project \u201cThe MOveMOMENT\u201d,\u00a0 a research on\u00a0 the availability to perceive things like children. Kristine\u2019s goal is to learn from the children a quality of the body language and to see what kind of choreography can come out in the end from this experience. Her choreography is not about illustration of or acting\u00a0 children, but about actually impersonate\u00a0\u00a0 children together with the possibility to see things through their eyes and to dance with their feelings and imagination.<\/p>\n<p>The residency also includes a workshop with children from the local community and an open presentation of the results of this working period.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of the residency is to develop a contemporary dance solo performance based on dance movements of the children. She is currently works as an independent freelance choreographer and dancer. She creates herself and participates in various contemporary dance projects and gives master classes in contemporary dance technique. She has expanded her professional experience in various dance festivals in Latvia, Austria, Finland, Norway and Israel. Recently she has created a dance piece &#8211; <em>What is Zeir<\/em> in collaboration with scenographer Rudolfs Baltins.
