A performative game inspired from our everyday lives,\u00a0Tino Sehgal, Christian Boltanski, Lewis Carroll and many more.<\/em><\/p>\n

After its 2014 avanpremiere, the [Fragile] coproduction by Cosmin Manolescu, with Giselda Ranieri, Tanja Andreeva, Cosmin Manolescu, goes on tour in the frame of E-Motional, and will have its premiere this June in\u00a0Luxemburg, Cluj, Bucharest and Riga.<\/p>\n

Alice in Wonderland\u2019s fans will simply love this piece. Through an experiential proposal that plays with the different layers of distance between the artists and the audience, this performance invites the public to dive into a universe which reveals the fragility and vulnerability of our daily life. [Fragile] is a dance performance, a choreographic installation, a performative game, a party or simply an experience that works with the multiplicity of our identities.<\/p>\n

The participation to the first part of the show on June 12 in Bucharest and on June 18 in Riga is made only by reservation at fragile@e-motional.eu<\/a>. \u00a0The location will be revealed to confirmed participants a few days before the show. The access to all the others performances is made based on ticket put on sale by the local partners of the event.<\/p>\n

The tour is\u00a0organised in the frame of “E-Motional: rethinking dance”, with support of the Culture Programme of the EU. \u00a0Cultural project funded by the Administration of the National Cultural Fund\u00a0and Romanian Cultural Institute. Cosmin Manolescu <\/strong>is choreographer and artistic director of Serial Paradise Company\/ Gabriela Tudor Foundation in Bucharest (Romania). His artistic work was successfully presented in important festivals and venues in New York, San Diego, Paris, Lyon, London, Dublin, Porto, Rome, Florence, Catania, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Malmo, Luxemburg, Barcelona, Bremen, Riga etc. He was awarded several grants and prizes among which Grand Prix for \u201cSerial Paradise\u201d awarded by \u201cAtelier\u201d Experimental\u00a0 Theatre Festival (Sf. Gheorghe, 2003), \u201cNouveau Talent Choregraphie\u201d (SACD Paris, 2005), and an excellency award from the National Dance Centre Bucharest (2014). His latest projects include: \u201cRoom 1306 (I Am Myself)\u201d, performance-installation especially created for a hotel room, and \u201cPiece with limited responsibility\u201d created and performed together with Mihaela Dancs. [Fragile] is his latest work to be premiered in a European tour in 2015.\u00a0 He is artistic director of \u201cE-Motional: rethinking dance\u201d and he initiated \u201cEastern Connection\u201d, a Romanian-Japanese exchange platform, in which he will premiere \u201cthe kite\u201d, a collaboration with choreographer and performer Zan Yamashita (Kyoto).<\/p>\n
