“I’m interested in sharing my research with people around.
It doesn’t matter if you are a dancer or not, you still have a body.
And it’s quite fragile, let me tell you.
And somebody inside your body is also quite fragile.
I know this for sure now.
Our entire world can crack in a second.
Surprisingly, there is great power in such a situation.
I don’t want to destroy the body or the psyche, I just want to explore the places where the fragility manifests itself.
Now I know some of the answers.
That’s why I’m going to offer you some physical and mindfulness tasks to explore and dance your own fragility.
You can dive into them as deeply as you want, as deeply as you are ready. Not more.
We will share our experience with each other with respect and love in order to empower ourselves and carry this antifragility further in life”- Mariia Kondratieva.
